To be eligible for Physicians Health Choice Select Health Plan, you must:

El Paso County (El Paso area)
Cameron County (Rio Grande Valley area)
New Mexico
Dona Ana County and Otero County (Las Cruces area) |

Physicians Health Choice and Physicians Health Choice of New Mexico, Inc. are Medicare Advantage Organizations with Medicare contracts. Members must use contracting network pharmacies and providers. Limitations, co-payments and coinsurance will apply. Health plan premiums and benefits may vary by county and plan. Pharmacy benefits are limited to a formulary (a list of covered drugs).
