The award-winning SilverSneakers^® Fitness Program, the nation's leading exercise and physical activity program designed exclusively for older adults, is available to members of Physicians Health Choice at no additional cost.

The SilverSneakers Fitness Program includes:

• A basic membership at a participating location
• Access to any of the more than 9,500 participating locations throughout the U.S.
• Customized, low-impact SilverSneakers classes specially designed for older adults who want to improve their strength, flexibility, balance and endurance
• Senior Advisor^SM assistance from a dedicated staff member
• Health education seminars and other special events

Silver Sneakers is offered to all members in the following areas:

• El Paso area (El Paso County)
• Las Cruces & Alamogordo areas (Dona Ana and Otero Counties)
• Ft. Lauderdale & Palm Beach areas (Broward and Palm Beach Counties)
• Little Rock area^* (Conway, Faulkner, Grant, Jefferson, Lonoke, Prairie, Pulaski, Saline & White Counties)
