Protecting Patient Privacy

Physicians Health Choice is compliant with the HIPAA Privacy, Electronic Data and Security standards. We have taken steps to ensure the confidentiality of patient health information is secure through our systems and operations management. Additionally, our contracted providers are expected to be compliant with these standards as noted in their provider agreements.

To ensure compliance at Physicians Health Choice, periodic audits of systems and operations will be conducted as well as annual staff training.
