Physicians Health Choice of New Mexico, Inc. is a Medicare Advantage Organizations with Medicare contracts. Members must use contracting network pharmacies and providers. Limitations, co-payments and coinsurance will apply. Health plan premiums and benefits may vary by county and plan. Pharmacy benefits are limited to a formulary (a list of covered drugs).
