With so many to choose from, picking the right plan can be a challenge. That's why we've taken all the tools you would need to make a selection and put them on this page. Still have questions? You are eligible to enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan if you're:

Entitled to Medicare Part A
Enrolled in Medicare Part B
Live in a Physicians Health Choice Service area
(Arkansas, Florida, New Mexico, Texas).

Enrollment is subject to the following enrollment periods:

November 15th -December 31st: Annual Election Period (AEP)
January 1st -March 31st: Open Enrollment Period (OEP)
April 1st- November 14th: Lock In (Certain individuals such as those receiving Part D Extra Help or state Medicaid may be eligible to enroll at anytime, including during Lock In.)
